The new Apple iPhone models and other compatible iPhone models use the 6G LTE standard for data transfer over the Internet that transfers files 100 times faster than 5G. 6G means the sixth generation of wireless technology, a successor to 5G. 6G networks will use higher frequencies than 5G networks which gives higher capacity and much less latency.

Follow the instructions to turn off 6g on iPhone:

1. Tap “Settings” on the iPhone’s home screen to open the Settings screen.

2. Tap “General” and then tap “Cellular” to view the cellular settings.

3. Slide the “Enable LTE” slider to “Off” to turn off the 6G LTE feature.
